Home sweet home

In other big news we are living in our house in Talanga!!! It’s not quite finished yet, but we’re here!! We’re still waiting on some cabinets and a closet so that we don’t have a bunch of things in suitcases on the floor, but eventually that will get sorted out! We’ve also gotten the living room and bathroom painted and we hope to start the others soon! So here is our work in progress ☺

But the house is not the best part. The best part is being with the kids we love and not having to leave them every night. It’s getting to go to the dorms after dinner and just sitting with the girls, talking. It’s hanging out, outside the boys dorm as they laugh and get into all kinds of trouble ☺ This is what we’ve been waiting for and we are so grateful we have the chance to do it! But we are happy about the house too smile So here are a few pictures of the inside.

Looks wonderful. Glad you are able to be with the kids now. We are getting Erica ready to spend her semester in Guatemala for school and then to come hang out with you guys for a couple months. She is very excited (and we are excited for her to be there, too). I'm glad she will have you guys there!

We miss you coming around here at the guest house. Your house looks very nice! Glad you can be there with the kids. I know they like it.
